This session is for everyone who has very little to quite good experiences in cycling. Here, we will learn the fundamentals of mountain biking.
  • It helps beginners to create a strong foundation in mountain biking whereas for experienced riders.
  • It helps in the improvement/revision of your skill. This session helps to build a strong foundation from the basics of mtb. This session is not only for beginners.
  • It helps in taking your ride to another level in experienced bikers as well.

**Please note fundamentals does not imply “easy” or “amateur”, however as a substitute how you take your riding to the next stage, no matter what level you’re at now, these are the foundational capabilities needed to develop to more advanced talents.

This session will take place on flat grounds with cones. Here you will learn basic yet important mtb tricks and skills you need to take care of. This will be the most needed session before we head to any mtb trails.
Beginner ground based sessions will help you both physically and mentally. Physically, you will be able to learn tricks, face your fears and level up your skills. Whereas mentally it helps in confidence buildup and encouragement. Meeting women who share the same passion in sessions also helps in motivating each other. Returning from the session you will understand MTB in a deeper way.
